In 2009 two well known mobile and broadband brands (Sonofon and Cybercity) were merged into one business: Telenor. Behind the scenes the entire organisation has been through a major transformation programme to prepare for the retirement of Sonofon/Cybercity brands and introduction of the Telenor brand. The main objectives for the transformation were to maintain customer focus and ensure a coherent customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle and product portfolio.
